For some jobs, you need to have a certain amount of rep in the big citiies, Windy, Bastok, and Sandy. Some easy ways to get rep fast for each is
You can do all the quests in each city to eventually raise your rep, but i found the fastest and best way is to farm certain things.
For Bastok and Sandy Rep:
Go to Bastok Mines, and go into Zeruhn Mines where you will kill everything to farm Bat wings and Zeruhn Soot. I go as a low level job so one you can lvl up as well as farm stuff.
Now once your inventory is full go out and speak to
Gerbaum - Bastok Mines(F-
and trade him 3 zeruhn soot for 150gil
This quest is repeatable so do it as much as possible.
Just put those bat wings in your moghouse cause when you go to sandy, you will talk to:
Secodiand - North Sandy(F-6) 2 Bat Wings for 200 gil
This quest is repeatable so do it as much as possible
To build windy rep, you want to either have 2 of your chars, one in bastok and windy or ask another member to help you that will be in bastok for the duration.
You will be doing alot of running back and forth but its the fastest way to do it. The person in bastok is going to buy cornettes and send them to you in bunches. as you receive them, have nothing in your inventory so you can have a lot.
you will take them to:
Yoran-Oran - Windhurst Walls(E-5) each cornette is 200 gil so you will only lose about 60 gil per buy at bastok.
You than once you are down, send money to that person so they can buy more cornettes to send to you. You will have to do this about 4-5 times so send 6k each time
